 \nThe Cuba City Community Market is an outlet for selling locally grown\,\
 nseasonal fruits\, vegetables\, cider\, honey\, sorghum\, maple syrup\, fr
 esh\nand dried flowers\, nuts\, indoor and outdoor plants\, baked goods\,\
 nprocessed foods\, dairy products\, meats\, apparel\, crafts and services.
 \nThe Market is intended to give growers\, producers of goods\, and\nconsu
 mers\, an opportunity to deal directly with each other. The Market\nis als
 o intended to enhance the downtown shopping area of Cuba City.\nSales of a
 lcohol or animals are prohibited.  \n\n * MARKET MANAGEMENT \n\nThe mar
 ket is facilitated by City of Cuba City. A volunteer member\nwill be prese
 nt at the market starting at 2:30 pm to help facilitate\nthis function and
  to enforce market guidelines when necessary.  \n\n * SPACE AND CONTRIBU
 TIONS \n\nAll individuals wishing to participate in the Market will sign 
 the\nVendor Application form. Vendors will be provided with an\napproximat
 ely 12x12 stall. No sharing of space is allowed unless the\nfacilitator is
  notified. If you require access to electricity\, please\nnotify the facil
 itator before the Market opens. Electricity is\nlimited. Vendors wishing t
 o participate all season long must\ncontribute $30 for One (1) stall befor
 e May 13th or $10 per market\nafter that date. Payment will be due one-hal
 f hour after the market\nopens. Vendors are free to contribute more if the
 y like. All funds\nwill be used strictly for advertising and promotion of 
 the Market.\nChecks can be made payable to the City of Cuba City. Rain or 
 shine\, no\nrefunds will be given. Copies of the vendor application\, regu
 lations\,\nand contract will be available at the market.  \n\n * STATE\,
  COUNTY AND LOCAL GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS \n\nEach vendor is responsib
 le for having knowledge of and complying with\nALL State of Wisconsin\, Gr
 ant County\, and City of Cuba City laws\ngoverning health\, packaging\, la
 beling\, taxes\, scales\, weights and\nmeasures\, etc. Vendors are respons
 ible for collecting sales tax on any\nnon-food items\, and must display ap
 propriate retail licensing. Also\,\nvendors must secure their canopies\, i
